Getting started
Every situation is different, but most of our clients see results within 60 to 90 days. First updates typically land in 30–45 days on the Regular plan and 10–20 days on the Aggressive plan.
No two credit histories are the same. That said, depending on the situation, we've seen increases as large as 200+ points. Nobody can promise you a specific number in advance.
If we're unable to remove any negative item from your report within 180 days of enrolling, you receive a partial refund. Three conditions: no new credit inquiries during the period, no maxed-out credit cards, and no new negative items caused by your own actions after enrolling. Failing these forfeits the guarantee.
Yes. Pay in full, monthly payment plans and financing options are available on both plans. The terms are written into your agreement before any payment is taken.
Your file
Of course. It's your right and your responsibility to monitor and protect your own file, and you can dispute for free directly with Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada. Capital Credit Canada is here if you want help from professionals who work with the bureaus and Canada's consumer reporting laws every day.
You have the right to require that the information on your credit reports be accurate. If what's recorded doesn't fairly represent your behaviour as a consumer, you have the right to ask that it be corrected or removed. Provincial consumer reporting legislation governs this right in Canada.
First we evaluate your credit history and dispute anything inaccurate. Then we prioritize the actions that will raise your score fastest — often utilization before anything else.
Yes, your credit is your own. Just be aware that each application adds an inquiry to your report, which affects your score — and it can void your money-back guarantee. Talk to us before you apply.
Paying your bills every month builds your payment history, which is the biggest single factor in your score. It doesn't remove inaccurate items already on the file — that's what the dispute work is for.
Privacy & safety
Your information is used only to work your file. We don't sell it and we don't share it beyond what's needed to process your disputes and your financing. You can ask at any time for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be deleted.
Reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or write to us. We remove marketing consent immediately; essential communication about an active file continues by email.
Be careful with anyone who promises a specific number of points, guarantees a lender approval, offers to create a "new credit file" or new identification number, demands full payment before showing you a written agreement, or won't explain what's being disputed and why.
